Where we deliver on Cape Cod

Our yard sits on 19 Tradesman Cir in East Falmouth, a few minutes off Route 28. That location decides the shape of our day: the Upper Cape is close enough that a morning call often becomes an afternoon delivery, the Mid Cape is a straightforward run up Route 6, and the Lower and Outer Cape are scheduled routes rather than same-day work. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a Provincetown container by lunchtime and leave you waiting.

Cape Cod is one county but fifteen genuinely different towns, and the differences matter to a truck. Provincetown's West End has streets barely wide enough for a container and almost no driveways. Woods Hole fills with ferry traffic. The Route 6A corridor runs through the Old King's Highway historic district. Half of Truro is inside the Cape Cod National Seashore. Chatham and Orleans are a different drive in August than they are in February. Each town page below covers the access, the housing stock and the local rules we actually run into.

The four Capes

Every town we cover, grouped the way locals think about it

Cape Cod splits naturally into four stretches, and where you are decides how quickly we can get to you.

Upper Cape

Closest to the yard and the fastest turnaround we offer. Same-day is realistic here most of the year.

Mid Cape

A straight run up Route 6. Dense commercial work around Hyannis, historic district rules along 6A.

Lower Cape

Scheduled delivery windows, and worth booking early once the season starts.

Outer Cape

Route 6 becomes a two-lane road past Orleans. Planned runs only, and placement takes real thought.

Working in the National Seashore towns

The Cape Cod National Seashore covers roughly 44,000 acres across six towns: Chatham, Orleans, Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown. Thousands of privately owned homes sit inside or hard against its boundary, and that changes how a container gets delivered. Park roads, fire roads, dune routes and beach access lanes are federal property rather than town right-of-way, and a loaded roll-off truck does not belong on them. If your driveway or lane runs off Seashore land, tell us when you call so we can confirm access before delivery day.

Answers

Cape Cod service area questions

Which Cape Cod towns do you deliver dumpsters to?

All fifteen Barnstable County towns — Bourne, Sandwich, Falmouth, Mashpee, Barnstable, Yarmouth, Dennis, Brewster, Harwich, Chatham, Orleans, Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown — plus the villages inside them, including Woods Hole, Osterville, Cotuit, Centerville and Hyannis. Our yard is on Tradesman Circle in East Falmouth, so Upper Cape runs are the quickest and the Outer Cape is scheduled rather than same-day.

Does it cost more to deliver to the Outer Cape?

Distance is a real cost, so a Provincetown or Truro delivery is not priced the same as a Falmouth one. What we will not do is hide it. You get the full number on the phone before anything is booked, and it does not change afterwards unless the load goes over the tonnage allowance you agreed to.

How far in advance should I book in summer?

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, book as early as you can — a week ahead is comfortable, and Saturday turnover slots go first. Between October and April you can usually get a container within a day or two, which is exactly why most renovation work on the Cape happens in that window.

Can you deliver if I am not on the property?

Yes, and it happens constantly with seasonal homes and rental properties. Mark the spot with a cone, a stake or a chalk line, tell us about gate codes, low limbs and soft ground, and stay reachable by phone. The driver will call before setting the container down if anything looks wrong.

Do you serve Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket?

We are a Cape-based operation and do not run containers onto the ferries. If you are working on either island, an island-based hauler will be a better fit for you. Everything on the Cape side of the bridges, including Woods Hole and the Steamship Authority terminal area, we cover.
