Twelve service lines, five container sizes, one flat price. Everything we run out of the East Falmouth yard.

Most of what follows is the same truck, the same five container sizes and the same flat rate. What genuinely differs between a roof tear-off and an estate cleanout is the sizing logic — one is limited by weight before it is a third full, the other runs out of room while barely registering on the scale — and the rules about what has to be kept out of the load. Those two things are what these pages are really about.
If you already know what you need, call (774) 208-0570 and skip the reading. If you are not sure whether your job is a junk removal or a full estate cleanout, or whether a demolition load needs its own container, the pages below say so plainly. Our FAQ page answers the thirty-odd questions we field most often, and the sizing guide works through the maths.

How it works
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it, and whether the property is on septic. No forms, no waiting on an email.
You get one number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.
The driver walks the spot with you, lays protection under the rails and sets the container square. If the surface is sand, shell or soft ground we will say so before we set it down.
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
Clean concrete, metal and green waste get routed for recovery rather than buried, which is what the Massachusetts disposal bans require. You get your driveway back the way you left it.
Why us
The phone rings at 19 Tradesman Cir in East Falmouth. Whoever picks up knows which Woods Hole lanes a truck can turn on, which Provincetown streets have no driveway at all, and what the Route 6 backup is doing that afternoon.
Delivery, the rental period, pickup, fuel, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance in a single number. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.
Call early and most Falmouth, Bourne, Sandwich, Mashpee and Barnstable orders go out the same day. Lower and Outer Cape runs are scheduled — honestly, and in advance.
Almost every property here is on Title 5 septic. We will not set a loaded container over a tank, a distribution box or a leach field, and boards go under the rails on every driveway as standard.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard filled halfway is the honest answer for your concrete, that is what we will quote you.
MassDEP bans concrete and brick, metals, clean gypsum, yard waste, mattresses and textiles from disposal. We sort to that list as standard and tell you how to keep a load clean on site.

Roll-off container rental, first and foremost — twelve service lines covering residential, commercial, construction, roofing, junk removal, estate cleanouts, demolition debris, concrete and heavy debris, yard waste, storm debris and same-day work. Every one of them uses the same five container sizes and the same flat-rate pricing; what changes is how we size the load and what we tell you to keep out of it.
The container and the disposal are what cost money, not the label on the job. A 20 yard for a roof tear-off and a 20 yard for a house cleanout are priced the same way — base rate, rental period, and a stated tonnage allowance. Heavy material such as concrete is the exception, because it is priced by weight with an agreed fill level rather than by volume.
Usually yes. General construction and household debris can go in together and get sorted at the processor. What cannot be mixed in is the material Massachusetts bans from disposal — clean gypsum, metals, yard waste, mattresses, textiles, and asphalt, brick and concrete rubble. Mixing those in is what turns a clean load into a contaminated one and a charge-back.
We do. Restaurants, inns, marinas, retail and property-management companies run scheduled swap-outs with us, which matters a great deal on the Cape where volume triples between June and September and then falls off a cliff. We will build the schedule around your season rather than a flat annual contract.
Hazardous waste of any kind, paint and solvents, fuel and oil, propane tanks, asbestos, refrigerant appliances, ammunition and medical waste. Tires, batteries and electronics need separate handling. Every service page lists the specifics, and our guide to what can and cannot go in a dumpster covers where each of these actually has to go instead.
Service area
We run roll-off containers out of our 19 Tradesman Cir yard in East Falmouth to all fifteen Cape Cod towns and the villages inside them — from Woods Hole and the Bourne bridges through the Mid Cape and Route 6A, out past the Orleans rotary and up the Outer Cape to Provincetown. Outer Cape runs are scheduled rather than same-day, and in July and August everything books up early. If your village is not listed, call anyway. We almost certainly get there.
