Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply to renting a roll-off container from CC Dumpster Rental Cape Cod: quotes, placement, prohibited materials, loading limits and liability.

  • Licensed & insured
  • Same-day on the Upper Cape
  • Flat-rate pricing
  • All 15 Cape towns

These terms cover the use of ccdumpsterrentalcapecod.com and set out the general basis on which CC Dumpster Rental Cape Cod rents containers. The specific price, rental period and tonnage allowance for your job are agreed on the phone and confirmed on your invoice; where those differ from anything here, the agreed job terms apply.

Using this website

The content here is provided for general information. Sizes, weights, dimensions and disposal rules are described as accurately as we can and are still approximate — containers vary between manufacturers, and municipal and state rules change. Nothing on this site is a binding quote or a substitute for advice from your town, your contractor or a licensed professional.

Quotes and pricing

A quote covers delivery, an agreed rental period, pickup, fuel, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. Weight above that allowance is charged per ton at the rate quoted to you. Additional charges may apply for an extended rental, a return trip caused by blocked access, relocation of a placed container, or removal of prohibited material found in a load.

Placement, access and property

  • You are responsible for confirming that the placement location is suitable and permitted, including any town approval required for placement in a public way.
  • You are responsible for telling us about septic tanks, distribution boxes, leach fields, wells, irrigation, buried utilities, soft ground and overhead obstructions before delivery.
  • A loaded container is heavy. Some marking of a driveway surface is possible even with boards under the rails, and by accepting delivery you accept that risk on the surface you nominate.
  • Access must be clear on the delivery and collection dates. A wasted trip may be charged.

Prohibited materials

Hazardous waste, paint, solvents, fuel and oil, propane and pressurized cylinders, asbestos, refrigerant appliances, ammunition, medical waste and any material banned from disposal in Massachusetts must not be placed in a container. If prohibited material is found, you are responsible for the cost of removal, correct disposal and any penalty imposed on us.

Loading

Loads must be level with the top rail. Containers loaded above the rail cannot be legally transported and will not be collected until they are leveled. Do not move or attempt to relocate a placed container.

Liability

Our liability in connection with a rental is limited to the amount paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including project delay. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
